Today is the last day of the OBON holidays in Japan. OBON is our summer holidays here in Japan. It is a time when everyone returns to their hometown to pay respects to their relatives that have passed away. The fact that my family lives in Hawaii and the other fact that I have no dead relatives in Hawaii, there is no reason for me to go back home. However it does get kind of lonely as all my friends are gone. Last weekend I went to Tokyo DisneySea with my partner and had a wonderful time. Here are some pictures that I took with my cell phone camera. Oh, we ended up buying annual passes! It cost us 40,000yen each but hey, we deserve it, don't we?
